Leon sold our house for way above our asking price in March of 2001. I think it was Leon's great salesmenship which kickstarted the most recent real estate boom that hit Toronto.
His sales strategies proved to be the best way to maximize $$, to which many agents I'm sure are copying.

Leon helped us buy our first home. He was also able to hook us up with a fantastic mortgage broker and lawyer. He worked around our often crazy schedule when we were looking at different homes. Leon had a good knowledge of the market and of the houses we looked at. He always listened to our thoughts and then gave his opinion. We will recommend Leon to anyone looking for a home.

Leon: I have a number of positive comments, which I am pleased to share with you as follows:
- When we were looking for a house, we never felt pressured in any respect.
- You negotiated a good price for us on our purchase.
- You did everything possible to advertise and market our house and this was onfirmed by the number of people who came to see it.
- You gave us good advice with respect to the asking price for our house in that it was low enough to generate interest but high enough to discourage low offers.
- When we were faced with the decision of whether or not to accept the offer, you gave us the useful advice that often the first offer is the best offer, but at the same time, did not pressure us.
